Our camels roam freely on our farm in the Kalahari, grazing over 50 wild, indigenous plants. No hormones. No antibiotics. Just pure, sustainable milk — produced with care for both the animals and the environment.
Your Questions, Answered
Where and how do you ship?
We ship everywhere within South Africa, as long as your location is serviced by The Courier Guy. We do require a valid delivery address and contact details. Powder milk and skincare products are dispatched from Somerset West and are generally shipped within a day after receipt of payment. We will provide you with confirmation that the parcel has been dispatched, as well as a tracking number for the order.
Please Note: Shipment to farms, plots and mines will incur additional costs.
What is the delivery fee?
We charge a flat rate of R100 for economy shipping, and R195 for priority shipping.
What is the shelf life of the products?
Our powder milk has a shelf life of 12 months. Please see the BB date stamped on your product along with the batch number. The reconstituted powder milk can be stored in a fridge for up to 5 days. Follow the storage instructions on the product for best results.
Skincare products have a shelf life of 24 months, apart from our hand-crafted soap which has a shelf life of 5 years - in fact the older the soap, the more lather it produces! All skincare products must be stored below 25 degrees Celcius, and kept out of direct sunlight.
Do you supply fresh camel milk?
Yes, we do supply fresh camel milk, but it needs to be collected from the farm. Please contact us to arrange a visit to the farm for a collection. The price is R140 per litre.
Where is the farm located?
The farm (Koppieskraal Kameelplaas) is in the Northern Cape near the Kgalagadi National Park, about 250 km north west of Upington.

Do you sell camels?
Yes, we often have camels available for sale. They are between 1 and 2 years old.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unopened and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once your item has been returned as per the Return Policy, we will inspect the item and let u know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it will take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
