Preparation

Camel milk powder is reconstituted using standard milk powder methods.

To reconstitute a glass of milk, use 20g of powder and 200ml warm water.

Add the powder into a mixing container. Add a small amount of warm water and stir to form a smooth paste. Top up with warm water.

Consistency can be adjusted to preference. Avoid excessive heat during preparation.

How it is used

Camel milk is used in the same way as other milk:

Prepared as a glass of milk
Added to tea or coffee
Used in cereals, porridge or smoothies
Powder added to any dish to add creaminess

Storage

Powder - Store in a cool dry place.
Reconstituted milk - Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. This allows preparation in advance for daily use.
